SugarHouse will use Rush Street Interactiveâs Casino4Fun platform, which will enable customers to play online slots and table games for free or by purchasing virtual chips.
The Casino4Fun platform has been developed by Rush Street Interactive, parent company to SugarHouse operator Rush Street Gaming.
The site will offer âdozensâ of popular slots titles including Classic Goldfish and Jack or Better, plus video poker and blackjack, with more games introduced in the coming weeks.
Rush Street Interactive president Richard Schwartz said the launch would enable SugarHouse and Rush Streetâs other land-based casinos to convert play for fun and real-money players, and increase engagement levels of existing customers.
SugarHouse joins a growing number of land-based operators entering the social gaming space ahead of real-money regulation, with the likes of San Manuel in California and Penn National in Pennsylvania having already taken the plunge.
Pennsylvania looks likely to be the next state to pass real-money internet gaming legislation, with a bill still able to pass into law this year as part of the state budget.
