SimWin Sports confirms new EVP of operations
AI-powered fantasy sports league has seen a number of new additions to its executive team in recent weeks, with Chad Lefevre the latest arrival

SimWin Sports has named Chad Lefevre the group’s new EVP of operations as the business continues to build out its top team.
As part of the digital sports league, which allows bettors to wager on fantasy sports powered by AI, Lefevre has been in an advisory role to CEO David Ortiz and the rest of the company’s founding team since December 2019.
Lefevre boasts more than two decades of experience in senior management and has worked across several different industries, ranging from entertainment to tech, as well as spells in the health and wellness sector.
Alongside his duties at SimWin Sports, Lefevre is director of strategy, corporate communications, and marketing at California-based International Capital Group.
He is also the president and executive management consultant at business consultancy firm The Most Important Conversations.
He started in both of those roles one month apart in the summer of 2019.
SimWin Sports confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn, writing: “SimWin is excited to announce Chad Lefevre as our new EVP of operations.
“Chad has been an advisor to SimWin since 2019 and now joins full time to bring rigor and consistency to our development and marketing operations.
“He’ll leverage over 20 years of senior management experience from entertainment, tech, health and wellness, energy, and hospitality sectors with giants like Coca-Cola, SONY Music, Johnson & Johnson, Bell, Shell, and others.
“Chad brings gaming experience as well as he cofounded Ncite NeuroMedia, a developer of sports-themed video game experiences that train corporate leaders.”
Confirmation of his new role within SimWin Sports comes just days after the company announced ex-DraftKings VP Jamie Shea as the new EVP of marketing and real-money gaming strategy.
Shea arrived at the Boston-based operator giant as VP for sportsbook operations in 2018, helping to launch the group’s first digital sportsbook in the US alongside current SimWin Sports chief marketing officer (CMO) Tom Goedde.
Much like Lefevre, Shea had been involved with SimWin Sports before penning a full-time contract, having served as the company’s non-executive director and ambassador since October 2022.
