Amy Steinman calls time on 25-year tenure with Koch Industries to head to lottery supplier ahead of a “new era” for the firm

Scientific Games has added Koch Industries exec Amy Steinman as the group’s new chief HR officer.
Steinman will be responsible for leading the lottery firm’s global workforce of 3,000 staff in 16 countries.
The Atlanta-based firm described Steinman as an “experienced strategic and hands-on HR professional” who would help lead the business through its “next era of transformation.”
Steinman joins the supplier from Koch Industries where she most recently served as an executive director for its Infor business since 2020.
She moved into that role having after two years as a business transformation change leader for the conglomerate.
Before that, she spent more than 20 years with various Koch subsidiaries, including Georgia-Pacific and Invista across a series of HR roles.
Praising Steinman’s addition to the company’s C-suite, Scientific Games CEO Pat McHugh said: “Amy is a seasoned, energetic people leader with deep experience working across all areas of HR.
“She has a track record of building successful, high-performing global teams and industry-specific operating models to create a platform for the organization’s growth.
“Our entire executive leadership team looks forward to what we can accomplish together; further empowering Scientific Games to thrive,” he added.
Steinman is the latest senior addition to the Scientific Games top team after the supplier promoted Beth Bresnahan to become its first chief communications and brand officer last month.
