Rush Street Interactive revamps loyalty reward system
Operator introduces a new three-tiered system and fresh UI for its iRush Rewards Loyalty Program across the BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has revamped its iRush Rewards Loyalty Program ahead of the new NFL season as the operator looks to driven further retention gains with customers.
BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse players will now be able to earn and redeem rewards such as complimentary cruises, luxury gifts, and vacation packages as part of the update.
The new program will introduce a tiered system — gold, platinum, and black levels — with unique benefits at each level.
Every bet will see players earn loyalty points, bonus store points, and the newly established tier points.
Points will be given to players depending on what type of casino game they play, while sports bettors will be able to earn points for same game parlays depending on the number of legs.
Alongside the new tiered structure, once players reach a certain level, they will remain in that bracket for up to one year to provide a “more consistent reward system” according to RSI.
The BetRivers parent company has also updated its user interface, now offering a more streamlined version which allows players a central location to view their rewards.
Customers will be able to track their loyalty status, points, and advancement towards higher levels and tiers through a single location.
Richard Schwartz, RSI CEO, said: “As a player-first operator, we listened to our players’ feedback and made improvements.
“Since RSI’s inception we’ve prioritized player retention. With our extremely fast growth in new customers over the past few years, it was imperative we continue to invest in new player benefits and creative ways to add value to our player experience re-affirming our philosophy to always put players first.”
He added: “The improvements to the multifaceted iRush Rewards Loyalty Program take our loyalty program to the next level, creating what we believe is improving on what we already considered to be the best in the industry.
“We look forward to BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse players continued strong engagement with the iRush Rewards Loyalty Program as we show how much we appreciate them as players.”
Earlier this month, Schwartz ruled out following in DraftKings’ footsteps in implementing a gaming tax surcharge, which the latter dropped after two weeks.
Schwartz also dismissed concerns regarding online casino cannibalization across the US as he implored state regulators to look towards giving the green light to igaming.
