RotoWire launches Picks and Props app as traffic to site surges 266%
App to provide players with real-time recommendations based on lines across several sports from fantasy and sports betting platforms and historical data

RotoWire has launched its ‘Picks and Props’ app following a 266% rise in visitors to the tool on its site.
The app will give players real-time recommendations and predictions for fantasy, pick’em, and player props across several sports, including baseball and basketball.
It will also provide lines from major fantasy and sports betting operators, including PrizePicks, Underdog, DraftKings, and FanDuel.
The app’s prediction tool analyzes lines from sportsbooks and DFS sites and compares those lines with in-house projections and historical data to provide a guide for customers.
The app will generate a score between -100, strong lean towards less, and +100, strong lean towards more.
App users will also be given real-time player injuries and playing time provided by RotoWire’s fantasy and sports data.
Traffic to the site’s Picks and Props tool has increased 266% in the last nine months, with RotoWire opting to create and release the app on both iOS and Android as a result.
Peter Schoenke, RotoWire co-founder, said: “The fantasy pick’em and legal player props betting market has had explosive growth and we’ve seen strong user demand for RotoWire’s leading player news and information for these products.
“We’re excited to launch the Picks and Props app that gives players access to the top recommendations for all the leading fantasy platforms and major sportsbooks based on RotoWire’s projections, lineups, and player news.”
DFS legislation stalled in Georgia in March, while five DFS apps were forced to stop operating in Maine a month later.
