PrizePicks set for 35th state as it heads into New Hampshire
Atlanta-headquartered operator granted daily fantasy sports operating license by the New Hampshire Lottery Commission as expansion across the US continues

PrizePicks has been granted a daily fantasy sports (DFS) operating license in New Hampshire.
Having secured the license from the New Hampshire Lottery Commission, the DFS firm will head into its 35th market.
Players in the Granite State will be able to play the firm’s skill-based fantasy games including Arena, which launched in January and pits players against each other.
PrizePicks’ pick’em offering is available in several states including Texas, Nebraska, and Virginia, while Arena is available only in nine states, including Wyoming and Tennessee.
PrizePicks also offers its free-to-play platform in New York, Michigan, and Colorado.
Adam Packer, PrizePicks SVP of legal and compliance, thanked the New Hampshire Lottery Commission for its help in this process.
Packer said: “We are thrilled to be able to offer our skill-based fantasy offering to sports fans throughout the Granite State.
“We are grateful to the New Hampshire Lottery Commission for their thoughtful collaboration.”
Despite the New Hampshire launch, Prizepicks was forced to withdraw its pick’em product from New York in February following a regulatory change last October.
However, it did launch its peer-to-peer games in Florida at the end of April and opened a new 33,000 sq ft HQ in Atlanta earlier that month.
The firm also entered into a responsible gambling partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health last month, as responsible gambling continues to be a key focus for PrizePicks.
Prior to that agreement, the company hired a new senior director of responsible gambling in Phil Sherwood, who joined from the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health in April.
