PrizePicks launches ‘Run Your Game’ campaign ahead of NFL season
Druski, Joe Budden, Sean O'Malley, and Trent Attyah to star in two different ads for DFS operator ahead of the NFL's curtain raiser next week

PrizePicks has launched a new advertising campaign, ‘Run Your Game’,, ahead of the new NFL season with a host of the DFS operator’s brand ambassadors taking part.
The commercial, which premiered on August 29, features a host of famous faces, including rap icon Joe Budden, comedian Drew “Druski” Desbordes, and sports betting personality Trent Attyah.
The ad begins with Druski, who penned an ambassador deal with the operator earlier this month, mulling over the best picks for the night while in a group chat with Attyah and Budden.
The operator said this opening scene reflected the community aspect of PrizePicks’ offering and the heart of the ‘Run Your Game’ campaign.
Soon after, the ad shows the trio meeting up at a restaurant as they watch their winning picks come in together and revel in the excitement.
In another advert, UFC star ‘Suga’ Sean O’Malley and Attyah are at a pool party discussing how to lock in for game day on PrizePicks as the MMA talent addresses all the possible winning lineups, while Nelk Boys’ YouTuber Kyle Forgeard also appears.
The spots are confirmed to be the first in a series for the ‘Run Your Game’ campaign as PrizePicks looks to push ahead with its new CEO, Mike Ybarra.
Ybarra was appointed as CEO on August 6, arriving from Blizzard Entertainment, while his predecessor Adam Wexler is set to become executive chairman.
Budden said: “PrizePicks is fun, fresh, simple to use and most importantly for me, not afraid to take risks. Nothing about PrizePicks feels like the old guard being run by old rules.
“They’re truly a great organization that isn’t afraid to embrace creativity and that’s paramount to me.”
Druski’s ambassador partnership will also see the comedian work with PrizePicks to produce merchandize alongside online content.
It has been a busy month for the DFS operator as earlier this week, it launched a new free-to-play fantasy sports game called Streak, which has debuted in 13 jurisdictions, including New York, Ohio, and New Jersey.
Players are able to potentially win $1m, with the aim of the game to successfully pick one player prediction per day to build up a winning streak and give them the chance to battle it out for the prize pot.
Ybarra said: “Our goal at PrizePicks is to lead the online gaming industry by offering innovative new game types that exceed the expectations of our members and give them new ways to play.
“Streak adds to our growing list of contests allows us to reach even more sports fans across the country.”
