PrizePicks enters RG partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health
DFS operator will offer Kindbridge’s responsible gaming services to players and employees alike while incurring the costs

PrizePicks has entered a responsible gambling partnership with mental health service provider Kindbridge Behavioral Health.
The collaboration will see the DFS operator offer Kindbridge’s services to players and customer-facing employees, which are designed to aid problem gaming prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts.
These include an in-depth clinical assessment, clinical review, and care plan development session, in addition to access to relevant support groups.
Players and employees across the 35 jurisdictions where PrizePicks operates will have access to Kindbridge’s responsible gaming services, for which the operator will incur the initial cost.
The Atlanta-based firm said the deal marked a “new benchmark” in the industry for customer and employee support.
Adam Wexler, PrizePicks co-founder and CEO, said: “We are proud to partner with Kindbridge and to be the first operator to cover program costs entirely, removing a significant barrier to access.
“It’s essential that the fantasy sports industry invests and innovates in the area of responsible gaming. This initiative not only helps players and employees but also strengthens PrizePicks’ role in promoting social responsibility within the industry.
“By addressing both prevention and treatment, we are paving the way for a healthier gaming community,” he added.
In April 2024, PrizePicks appointed Phil Sherwood as the company’s senior director of responsible gaming.
