PrizePicks bolsters offering with new daily F2P contest
Atlanta-headquartered fantasy operator launches Streak in 13 jurisdictions including New York and New Jersey, giving users the chance to win up to $1m

PrizePicks has launched a new free-to-play fantasy sports game, Streak, that further expands the DFS operator’s product mix.
Debuting in 13 jurisdictions, including New York, Ohio, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Streak offers players the chance to win $1m.
PrizePicks customers will have to successfully pick one player prediction per day to build up a winning streak which will then five them the chance to compete for the seven-figure prize.
Users will swipe through 10 player cards to make their free daily pick and as their streak builds, will be awarded different prizes based on the length of each string of correct predictions.
Players will be awarded a free four-pick lineup to use on their PrizePicks pick’em board “to win preset payouts based on the length of the winning streak.”
Should a player make 32 consecutive correct predictions, they will be afforded the opportunity to win $1m.
Streak will use data from other PrizePicks games to show players the most relevant and popular selections of the day across all major sporting events.
The launch of Streak comes seven months after PrizePicks debuted its peer-to-peer fantasy game – PrizePicks Arena.
PrizePicks remains live in 19 states plus DC with its pick’em contents.
Mike Ybarra, PrizePicks CEO, said: “Our goal at PrizePicks is to lead the online gaming industry by offering innovative new game types that exceed the expectations of our members and give them new ways to play.
“Streak adds to our growing list of contests and allows us to reach even more sports fans across the country.”
Brian Huss, PrizePicks VP of innovation, added: “Following the successful launch of Arena earlier this year, it’s exciting to introduce another new product to our members.
“Streak undoubtedly enhances the sports viewing experience in a fun, engaging manner and we look forward to adding new features for our members to enjoy.”
PrizePicks recently announced the appointment of Ybarra in his new role, with founder Adam Wexler transitioning to become executive chairman.
