PrizePicks and UFC star Sean ‘Suga’ O’Malley team up for exclusive campaign
DFS operator names mixed martial artist as new brand ambassador ahead of major social media and VIP perks initiative

PrizePicks has added mixed martial arts star Sean “Suga” O’Malley as its latest brand ambassador.
The multi-year partnership kicked off with the Atlanta-based operator launching the “Less Talk, More Action, More Suga” campaign for the UFC bantamweight’s recent championship match against Marlon Vera.
As part of that launch, PrizePicks’ Discord channel held an activation in which O’Malley’s signature pink colours were splashed across the dashboard.
The Discord channel also included custom emojis and a free entry giveaway.
In addition, the partnership will include personalised social media content, event appearances, VIP experiences and PrizePicks integrations into O’Malley’s YouTube channel.
Last October, the UFC bantamweight champion featured in the inaugural PrizePicks World Championship, which brought celebrities and athletes together for a daily fantasy battle royale.
Adam Wexler, PrizePicks CEO and co-founder, said: “Sean O’Malley is one of the most electric athletes, not just in MMA, but across all sports. Our partnerships are more than just a sponsorship. It’s an opportunity to collaborate with unique personalities to create entertaining experiences for the PrizePicks community.”
O’Malley said: “Before ever talking business with PrizePicks, I was a fan of their games. PrizePicks is ahead of the curve in the sports-entertainment world and I’m stoked to continue working with them.”
The addition of O’Malley to PrizePicks’ brand ambassador stable comes after the firm penned a sponsorship agreement with Stephen A Smith, the American sports broadcaster, earlier this year.
