PlayUp eyes igaming gains in expanded Indiana market access deal
Operator to add vertical to existing Hoosier State offering in widened arrangement with Caesars

PlayUp has confirmed it will offer igaming in Indiana as part of a wider expansion of its offering in the Hoosier State.
Subject to regulatory approval, the addition comes through an extension of its existing market access deal with Caesars Entertainment. Historically, PlayUp only offered sports betting in Indiana.
The arrangement adds to existing access arrangements with Caesars in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Iowa for igaming, and Indiana and Iowa for sports betting.
However, the launch of igaming will only occur once legislators and regulators in the state have the regulatory framework for the sector in place.
The company’s US chairman, Dennis Drazin, suggested the addition of igaming will open the brand to an entirely new potential set of customers.
“We’ve proven we can gain market share in the ultra-competitive sports betting landscape in New Jersey,” he said.
“Once regulated, we will be ready to bring PlayUp to the igaming market in Indiana, which we recognize as a monumental growth opportunity for our business,” Drazin added.
PlayUp’s global CEO Daniel Simic said the expansion forms part of PlayUp’s long-term strategy is to have a robust “one platform” experience and product offering for sports betting, horse racing, igaming and DFS.
PlayUp US were recently named among the list of operators to watch in the EGR US Power Rankings 2022.
