Playtech makes New Jersey market debut with bet365
Online casino supplier launches in Garden State following regulatory approval

Playtech has launched its portfolio of games in New Jersey for the first time via its long-term strategic partnership with bet365.
The launch is Playtech’s first foray into the US market following the receipt of regulatory approval last month.
As part of the launch, bet365 will go live with several Playtech games including White King, Great Blue and Frankie Dettori’s Magic Seven.
Playtech has already said it is planning to partner with additional New Jersey operators over the coming months, as well as submitting applications for licenses in several US jurisdictions.
Playtech COO Shimon Akad cited the event as a “significant moment” for the business and its ongoing development in the US market.
“Launching Playtech’s software in the US is a landmark and we are very pleased to be taking this step with one of our most trusted partners in bet365,” said Akad.
“With more titles and content launching in the coming weeks and months, there are exciting times ahead,” he explained.
“This launch also serves as a prime example of our commitment to partnering with leading operators to bring leading software services and great content to new and growing markets,” Akad added.
Bet365 entered the New Jersey market in 2019 and has since been providing its sportsbook and online casino to customers in the state.
A spokesperson for the Stoke-headquartered bookmaker said the firm was excited to partner with Playtech and expand its existing content portfolio to players in the state.
“Given the range and caliber of Playtech’s content, being first to market it is a real differentiator for our platform. We look forward to developing upon our already solid partnership as we continue to grow our casino offering,” the spokesperson added.
