New Hampshire goes live with DraftKings betting app
Operator launches online and mobile betting a month after receiving the exclusive tender from the state lottery

New Hampshire went live with mobile sport betting earlier this week in partnership with DraftKings.
The operator was granted an exclusive tender to provide the state lottery’s online and retail betting offering in November.
50% of the app’s GGR will be re-invested into education via the New Hampshire Lottery.
New Hampshire governor Chris Sununu said the state moved fast to launch betting with a world-class company to provide a first-rate customer service experience.
It had originally planned to roll-out the offering in January 2020.
On Tuesday the lottery reported over 6,000 users had registered and wagered over $250,000 in the first two days.
Governor Sununu placed the first bet on the app for the New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl.
The DraftKings app offers the same UX/UI as the other states it is live in, including New Jersey and Indiana.
Chief revenue officer for the operator Matt Kalish said: “As a New England-based company, DraftKings is honored to launch our American-made sportsbook product in New Hampshire for the start of the NFL playoffs.
“We want to thank Governor Sununu, Director McIntyre and the New Hampshire Lottery for their commitment to launching safe, legal sports betting as soon as possible and we look forward to working with them closely for many years to come,” Kalish said.
Retail betting is likely to launch in Q2, chief compliance officer for DraftKings Tim Dent recently told EGR North America.
