Kindred Group expands new proprietary tech to Pennsylvania
Stockholm-listed operator doubles down on US with Keystone State launch debuting revamped Unibet app

Kindred Group has confirmed the expansion of its new proprietary technology platform to a second US state, Pennsylvania.
From July 10, Pennsylvanians will be able to access the Unibet Casino and Sportsbook app in the Keystone State, an important market for the Stockholm-listed operator as it features both sports betting and igaming.
Central to the in-house offering is enhanced customer experience through customizable and personalized content, together with improved analytics and flexibility.
In May, Kindred launched the proprietary technology platform in its first US state, New Jersey, following receipt of a license from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE).
As with the Garden State, the operator has committed to a program of continuous improvements of the proprietary technology, as well as the rollout to further states in the future, with a focus on other multi-product markets.
The Unibet Sportsbook also operates in Arizona, Indiana, and Virginia and has been operational in Pennsylvania since November 2019.
Kindred Group’s interim CEO, Nils Andén, who was appointed to the role following the departure of former CEO Henrik Tjärnström in May, welcomed the rollout of the new technology in its second US state.
“We are delighted to be able to migrate our customers in Pennsylvania onto the Kindred platform. Since launching in New Jersey, our customers have reported enhanced design, navigation, and stability,” he said.
“We look forward to rolling out the Kindred platform to further states” Andén concluded.
