
High Roller Technologies bolsters C-suite with new COO
Former Gamesys and Eastrock head Kristofer Muscat joins the operator’s top team as he is tasked with overseeing the company’s operational strategy

High Roller Technologies has announced the appointment of Kristofer Muscat as the company’s new COO to strengthen its C-suite following last year’s IPO.
In his new role, Muscat will be tasked with overseeing the operator’s operational strategy, driving company growth initiatives, and “enhancing High Roller’s commitment to delivering premium experiences in the online gambling and icasino gaming industry.”
Muscat, who officially joined on January 5, moves to High Roller having amassed significant experience within the gambling industry.
Most recently, he spent four years working at B2B service provider Eastrock Group from June 2020 to December 2024.
There, he served as group head of customer operations from June 2020 to September 2023, before moving up to become COO.
Prior to joining Eastrock Group, Muscat worked as a risk operations manager at Gamesys from September 2019 to June 2020.
He held the same title between June 2018 and September 2019 when the business was known as Jackpotjoy Group, after spending eight months at the company as a risk and fraud analyst.
Muscat also worked as a fraud analyst at Entain (then GVC) from April 2016 to October 2017.
