Hard Rock Digital unveils SGP Max to enhance parlay product
Seminole Tribe-owned operator launches new feature allowing players to wager multiple same game parlays, combining up to 20 selections across various markets

Hard Rock Digital has unveiled its new same game parlay (SGP) Max feature for its online sportsbook, Hard Rock Bet, which will allow users to parlay multiple SGPs and combine 20 bets across multiple markets.
The new SGP Max feature is now available in all seven states where the Seminole Tribe-owned operator is live.
The firm is live in Arizona, Indiana, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and Florida where it holds a monopoly which has drawn ire from parimutuel operators in the Sunshine State.
SGP Max allows Hard Rock Bet users to wager multiple SGPs, combining up to 20 total bets across games, sports, and futures, which the operator said would deliver an “enhanced experience.”
Additionally, users will be able to build SGPs from any point in the app without switching to a separate SGP creator screen.
Hard Rock Digital added that players will now be able to toggle an SGP switch within each game to see which bets can be included on their combined betslip.
Mike Primeaux, MD of product and technology at Hard Rock Digital, said: “With the launch of SGP Max, we’ve simplified the same game parlay experience and provided exponentially more customizable, easy-to-use parlay options for our players.
“We’re committed to having the best product in the market, and based off the feedback from our beta launch, we know our players are going to love these new features and functionality,” he added.
The launch of SGP Max comes after Hard Rock Digital unveiled its Flex Parlay tool in July last year, which gives bettors the opportunity to win on a same game parlay even if one leg does not hit.
Flex Parlays are offered for up to 10-bet parlays, with a range of minimum leg wins needed to activate the tool.
Last month, Hard Rock Digital confirmed it had snapped up 888’s US B2C assets in a phased deal which is set to conclude by Q4.
The undisclosed deal brought about a swift conclusion to 888’s strategic review of its US operations, which it launched at the start of March, with the London-listed firm to continue its B2B division in the market.
The move will see Hard Rock Digital further expand outside of its Floridian heartlands, where its state monopoly continues to be challenged by rivals despite relaunching late last year.
The operator went fully live in December 2023 following a soft launch and has a monopoly due to a compact agreement between the Seminoles and the Florida state government.
In the ongoing dispute, West Flagler Associates challenged the validity of this compact. The firm took the case to the US Supreme Court after the DC Court of Appeals sided with the Seminole Tribe in December last year.
The Department of the Interior has also given its support to the compact, which led to West Flagler submitting a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court. The court extended the deadline until May 13 for the Department of the Interior to respond to the writ.
