FSB gears up for US launch with hire of North America operations VP
New Jersey-based Bob Akeret joins the sports betting supplier from Resorts Digital Gaming
Akeret will be responsible for fine-tuning the supplier’s US product and service offering and assisting the business development team in localizing its tech in different states.
Akeret – who previously spent more than five years in operations positions at Resorts Digital Gaming – will be based in New Jersey.
During his time at Resorts, Akeret launched the operator’s first retail and online sportsbook in New Jersey, as well as its FSB-powered DFS site.
He will report into FSB COO Glenn Elliott and will also be tasked with building relationships with third-party payment providers and data suppliers.
