FanDuel launches responsible gaming portal to track customer spending habits
My Spend platform will be available on all FanDuel products across sportsbook, casino, fantasy and racing and faceoff
FanDuel has launched a new responsible gaming dashboard for customers which will allow them to track their spending habits across the operator’s various platforms.
The platform, My Spend, will show users their personal stats across FanDuel products such as amount deposited and net winnings over the last seven days, four weeks or three months.

My Spend will also allow players to access the suite of responsible gaming tools FanDuel has to offer, including deposit and wager limits.
The dashboard will be available across FanDuel’s sportsbook, casino, racing, fantasy and faceoff offerings.
The product launch will also be accompanied by an advertising campaign encouraging customers to keep track of their spending habits.
Said ads will be air in both English and Spanish across TV, digital, and paid social platforms.
The ad shows a group of people taking shots at a basketball hoop while a voiceover explains the concept of My Spend.

The room’s lights then go out as the narrator explains that betting without checking your spending is akin to taking a shot in the dark.
FanDuel said that the tool was developed using “internal and external research demonstrating players’ interest in personalized activity insights and a deeper understanding of their own behavior.”
Alison Kutler, vice president of responsible gaming and community impact at FanDuel, said: “FanDuel believes our customers should always have a budget and plan in mind when they engage with our products, and we are thrilled to introduce My Spend to help customers track their spending and manage their play.
“As we look to continuously raise the standard for what it means to be a responsible operator, we look forward to continuing to bring new and innovative ways support our customers.”
Back in November, the Responsible Online Gaming Association (ROGA) – of which FanDuel is a member – invited proposals from industry suppliers to help build a responsible gambling database for its member operators.
