Fanatics Sportsbook live in 20th and final PointsBet state
Fanatics Betting and Gaming launches in New Jersey and migrates all PointsBetUS customers following acquisition’s completion in April

Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG) launched its sportsbook and casino in New Jersey on Wednesday, May 8, taking the challenger brand into its 20th state.
New Jersey marked the final state where PointsBet was live that Fanatics had yet to launch its sports betting or online casino product in.
Following the April 3 acquisition of PointsBet US, and as with previous Fanatics state launches, PointsBet US customers will be automatically migrated onto the Fanatics sportsbook.
Now available in 20 states via iOS and Android, Fanatics’ sportsbook can also be used in New York, Indiana, Michigan, Arizona, Kansas, and North Carolina.
Fanatics Casino will also be available in New Jersey, offering games such as roulette, slots, and blackjack – its the fourth state to go live with Fanatics’ new icasino offering after Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
According to a Fanatics press release, the sportsbook is available to approximately “95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the US.”
The launch comes just a week after the District Court of Massachusetts granted DraftKings a preliminary injunction against a former executive the firm accused of stealing and sharing trade secrets with Fanatics.
Around the same time, former PointsBet director of player development and experiences Chris Bukowski was installed as FBG’s new director of customer acquisition.
In the recent EGR US Power Rankings, Fanatics placed sixth, retaining the position that PointsBet had secured in 2023.
