Exclusive: Kindred secures New York HQ for US operations
Operator is also in the final stages of recruiting a VP of sports betting to oversee its expansion in the States

Kindred has moved its US operations into a new office in New York’s financial district, EGR North America has learned.
The new space is currently home to 13 staffers but has a capacity for up to 30, which Kindred’s SVP USA Manuel Stan said the operator plans to expand to by the end of the year.
Until recently, the team was working out of a shared office space on the Lower West side, but has outgrown its space quickly.

Kindred’s US hub is based in New York’s financial district, close to Wall Street
Staffers at the new Kindred HQ cover marketing, commercial and strategy roles, with a diverse mix of nationalities already, including Lithuanian, Romanian and Swedish.
The new office, based on Broad Street, is around the corner from Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange.
The firm is currently recruiting for a VP of sports betting to expand the Unibet brand across the States, particularly as it eyes movement into states like Indiana and Iowa.
Stan said he has received applications from industry staffers in Europe, Australia and the US and was in the final stages of securing the right candidate.
Kindred recently opened a satellite office of similar size in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
The hub houses fraud, CS and other operations covering the New Jersey and Pennsylvania businesses.
The firm is set to launch in Pennsylvania imminently.
