Evolution inks multi-state live casino deal with William Hill
Live casino heavyweight to provide Hills with vertical in New Jersey with other states to follow

Evolution has inked a US-led live casino supply agreement with William Hill US.
The deal covers the whole of the US and will begin with the rollout of Evolution live casino products in Hills’ New Jersey operations, streamed live from the supplier’s Atlantic City studio.
Live casino operations will be extended to other US states as Hills expands its US online gaming footprint.
Evolution CCO and CEO for Malta Johan Nordstrom said: “We are very proud to have been selected by William Hill US.
“Our live casino solutions have been instrumental in helping to make William Hill’s live casino a stand-out offering in regulated European markets.
“We very much look forward to achieving the same high levels of success for William Hill in the US,” Nordstrom added.
Earlier this month, the bookmaker added online casino to its list of categories on its New Jersey app.
Evolution operates similar supply deals in the US with BetMGM and Pointsbet.
Hills’ US operations primarily focus on sports betting. Caesars Entertainment owns a 20% stake in Hills’ US business. The pair have embarked on a US joint venture together.
Last month, Caesars made a £2.9bn takeover offer for William Hill, indicating that it would look to break off Hills’ US operations from its international divisions.
EGR has learned that the agreement will be unaffected by any potential merger between Hills and Caesars.
News of the offer prompted speculation over potential suitors for the FTSE 250 operator’s international operations, with 888 and Betfred rumoured to be in the running for assets
