EGR NA Awards entry process opens as ceremony relocates to NYC
New categories acknowledging superior customer services and social responsibility unveiled
Entries for the upcoming EGR North America Awards 2020 are now open and include a number of new categories for both operators and suppliers.
As the US market continues on a trajectory towards major growth, operators are now being recognized for outstanding customer services operations, as well as those state lotteries providing a superior product.
Responsible gambling is also on the agenda, with a new award for the most socially responsible operator to be handed out at the ceremony on 20 May.
This year, the awards will also recognize market-leading business advisory and customer onboarding partners for US-facing operators in two categories.
The coveted Operator of the Year and Rising Star awards have returned to the line-up, as well as gongs for sports betting supplier and casino platform provider.
Entries, which close on 13 March, can be submitted here.
Meanwhile, the awards ceremony has moved from Atlantic City to the Manhattan Penthouse in downtown Manhattan.
