DraftKings to deliver full slate of Selection Sunday content with VSiN
Operator’s in-house personalities and trading team to join network hosts for wall-to-wall bracket coverage
DraftKings is set to deliver a full slate of March Madness programming in concert with the Vegas Stats and Information Network (VSiN) on Selection Sunday, as an array of DraftKings contributors will be joining VSiN’s on-air hosts for wall-to-wall coverage of the 2022 NCAA Tournament bracket.
The content and analysis will run concurrently to the unveiling of the Field of 68 and continue throughout the night on both VSiN – which DraftKings acquired in March 2021 – and DraftKings’ YouTube channel.
“As viewers turn their eyes to the college hoops post-season, DraftKings will deliver new content catering to the skin-in-the-game fan,” said chief media officer Brian Angiolet. “We’ve assembled a diverse lineup of sports personalities and voices to engage customers and provide a unique perspective on the bracket.”
The programming lineup begins with Line Drop: The Bracket presented by KFC at 6pm ET.
Hosted by DraftKings’ Jessie Coffield and Julian Edlow, Line Drop will also feature VSiN’s Stormy Buonantony and Tim Murray as the quartet gives viewers a first look at the opening lines for all of the tournament’s games as the matchups are revealed.
DraftKings director of operations Johnny Avello and Stugotz from the Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz will also be on hand during the first hour to break down the matchups and provide betting-related insights.
Meanwhile, Mike Golic Sr and Jessica Smetana will give their tournament predictions and preview their new show, Golic and Smetty.
The second hour of the show will air exclusively on DraftKings’ YouTube channel, with Tom Haberstroh and Dan Le Batard among the voices from DraftKings partner Meadowlark Media providing insight and analysis.
VSiN’s Tournament Betting Breakdown will take viewers home through the rest of the night, with a variety of hosts and personalities dissecting the bracket and matchups from all angles while looking to uncover potential betting value along the way.
