SportsBetting.com from Carousel Group goes live in Colorado
Online sportsbook joins competitive marketplace as management promises to offer tight lines and welcome winning customers

Carousel Group has thrown its hat into the ring in Colorado with the launch of its flagship betting site, SportsBetting.com, built using proprietary technology.
The three-year-old operator, which is in the process of launching iOS and Android apps that are slated to launch next week, has partnered with Johnny Nolon’s Casino in Cripple Creek.
SportsBetting.com has launched with a raft of promotions, including a week of risk-free betting where the sportsbook will refund all losing wagers up to $500.
The company has also pledged to offer five-cent lines for game spreads and totals, as well as not ban winning players.
Carousel Group CEO Daniel Graetzer said: “We are incredibly excited to unveil SportsBetting.com to the United States, it feels like Christmas in September.
“This project is the culmination of years of planning and hard work, and finally we get to see our product live in the booming Colorado market.”
As things stand, there are more than a dozen digital sports betting options in Colorado from the usual protagonists as well as apps from Smarkets, Sky Ute, Circa Sports, BetMonarch, and BetWildwood.
The market generated handle of $59.2m in July, which was the state’s third month of operations since its launch on May 1, with mobile accounting for 99% of all wagers due to casino closures caused by the pandemic.
This was a rise of 55% on June’s handle of $38.1m, while revenue for July came in at $5.2m, resulting in ‘net betting proceeds’ of $2.4m.
Figures for August, due imminently, are expected to show another increase as major US sport made a welcome return during the month.
