Caesars debuts Caesars Palace online casino app in four states
Casino operator plots igaming dominance with “crown jewel” in-house developed app

Caesars Entertainment has confirmed the launch of a new standalone, in-house developed Caesars Palace online casino app across four US states.
The new app, described by Caesars as the “crown jewel” of the firm’s igaming portfolio, is available on both iOS and Android devices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, as well as the Canadian province of Ontario.
The standalone app will run in parallel to Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, Tropicana Online Casino, Harrah’s Online Casino, and WSOP.COM, aiming to leverage the operator’s land-based casino empire in an omnichannel push.

Central to this is the integration with the Caesars Rewards loyalty program, which offers players points which can be exchanged for various benefits, including hotel stays and free bets.
To facilitate the rollout of the app, Caesars has launched the ‘Experience the Empire’ promotion, which offers players the chance to win real-world experiences at Caesars casinos.
The app will feature weekly digital promotional content, including bonus matching, reward spins, bonus drops, and reward credit multipliers. It will also feature Caesars’ branded games including American Roulette, Live Dealer Blackjack, Baccarat, and slots-based content from third-party suppliers.

“Players in North America deserve an online casino-first experience that treats them like royalty and that’s what we’ve brought to market with Caesars Palace Online Casino,” Caesars Digital head of igaming and SVP Matt Sunderland said.
“With Caesars’ unrivaled brands, IP, talent, and casino destinations, we can offer our players a true omnichannel gaming experience.
“Our newly developed Caesars online gaming platform and bonus engine perfectly tie online casino play and rewards to the world-class experiences that players can only enjoy at our many Caesars destinations nationwide,” Sunderland remarked.
The Caesars Palace online casino app soft launched in the US in July, and later in August, during the firm’s Q2 2023 financial earnings call, Caesars CEO Tom Reeg waxed lyrical about its potential.
“In terms of capabilities, bonusing segmentation, proprietary games, live dealer it is light years ahead of what we’ve been operating under previously,” Reeg said.
“We are fully aware we have significant competition in the icasino space.
“We don’t expect that we’re just going to come in and run everybody over, but we feel like we’ve got the product to start to build market share. Wrapping that into Caesars Rewards has been and will continue to be powerful for that business,” he added.
