Bragg Gaming Group secures ex-Microgaming head as CCO
The Toronto-based supplier has confirmed Neill Whyte will take over as commercial lead with immediate effect

Bragg Gaming Group has added Neill Whyte as the firm’s new chief commercial officer (CCO) in a bid to drive growth across all company verticals.
Whyte brings a wealth of experience to the role having spent 18 years in the igaming sector, and joins the company effective today, May 1.
His most recent position saw him serve as CCO of Digital Gaming Corporation’s (DGC) B2B arm, during which time he oversaw the launch of DGC’s content distribution business in the US.
Before his stint at DGC, Whyte served as head of business development at Apricot Investments, having joined in September 2017 at an 11-year stay with Microgaming.
He joined the Isle of Man-based firm, first as senior account manager in March 2006, before he was named head of bingo in March 2009.
Whyte departed the company in September 2017 as head of product channels after being promoted to the role in March 2012.
The move to Bragg Gaming will see Whyte will spearhead the supplier’s global commercial team and take responsibility for driving growth for the company’s product verticals.
Matevž Mazij, Bragg CEO, commented: “I am very pleased to be announcing today the appointment of Neill Whyte as chief commercial officer at Bragg.
“His igaming product and market knowledge, together with his record in driving growth from developing successful and mutually beneficial commercial partnerships are exceptional.
“Neill’s unique combination of knowledge, skills and experience in this sector are a perfect fit for our ambitions at Bragg.”
Whyte highlighted the supplier’s ability to “rapidly adapt” as he reflected on the move.
He said: “It’s an honor to join Matevž and the wider teams at Bragg already in place across North America, Europe, and in India.
“I have been impressed with the depth and quality of the content, product and technology offerings at Bragg, and its ability to rapidly adapt, certify, and deploy this content and technology in newly regulated markets is a distinct advantage.”
Whyte’s arrival at Bragg comes one month before CFO Ronen Kannor departs the Toronto-based supplier to pursue “other career opportunities”, with June 3 marking the end of his four-year stay.
Though Bragg has confirmed that the search for Kannor’s successor has already begun, no timeframe has been outlined as to when the company will make a further announcement over any appointments.
