Bragg Gaming Group names ex-Bally’s head as interim CFO

Bragg Gaming Group has named Robbie Bressler as the company’s interim CFO to replace former finance chief Ronen Kannor.

Bressler, who currently serves as the CFO for crypto payment platform ForumPay, will assume the role from July 1.  

His previous work in the industry has seen him hold senior finance roles at the likes of Bally’s Corporation, Gamesys Group, and The Intertain Group. 

The exec served as VP of finance for Gamesys between March 2016 and October 2021 and was retained when Bally’s bought the Jackpotjoy parent company.

Bressler shifted to become SVP of finance for Bally’s online arm, before heading to ForumPay as CFO in February 2023.

He has been drafted in as interim CFO after Kannor left the supplier on June 3 after announcing his decision to depart back in April.

Kannor had originally joined Bragg from Stride Gaming in May 2020, where he had served as CFO for almost six years.

Bressler’s hire represents Bragg’s latest people move at senior level following the appointment of Simon Dudnijk as chief HR officer in January and Neil Whyte as chief commercial officer in May.
