BetMGM rolls out ‘single account, single wallet’ feature in Nevada
Long-anticipated launch comes ahead of the new NFL season to give customers nationwide access to their account and wallet

BetMGM has officially launched its ‘single account, single wallet’ feature in Nevada to provide its customers with “seamless, nationwide connectivity.”
Through the launch, Nevada residents and visitors will be able to wager in the state and then carry their funds across BetMGM mobile markets in the US.
In doing so, BetMGM will be the only legalized sports betting app to allow its customers to access a single wallet across the country.
New customers in the Silver State will be able to download the BetMGM app and complete the necessary verification checks, before visiting one of BetMGM’s nine retail sportsbooks to finish the process.
Those sportsbooks include the Bellagio, ARIA, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Grand, Park MGM, Mandalay Bay, New York-New York, Luxor, or Excalibur.
From that point, when users travel to other states, they will receive a pop-up message to allow them to switch to their single wallet account within the BetMGM market where they are located.
Customers will also be able to manually select a chosen market within the app’s account tab to view their balance and status for specific states.
BetMGM is currently live in 29 markets across North America with its mobile and retail offerings and has a 13% market share in sports betting and igaming.
The launch of ‘single account, single wallet’ comes ahead of the new NFL season, with BetMGM bosses last month having told the market they planned to push the feature by then.
February also saw the company introduce a freshly designed mobile sports betting app in Nevada to include a series of Angstrom Sports-powered prop and parlay markets, along with digital deposits and withdrawals.
BetMGM added: “Several new product enhancements also are expected to elevate the BetMGM experience for the start of the 2024 professional football season.”
As part of the rollout, the company is also offering new Nevada customers a first bet offer of up to $250 back in bonus bets.
Adam Greenblatt, BetMGM CEO, said: “We’re proud to lead the charge in Nevada with a single account and wallet that simplifies and elevates the betting experience.
“Our players can now immerse themselves in the excitement of MGM Resorts’ Las Vegas destinations or statewide while seamlessly continuing to place wagers in other BetMGM markets.”
