
BetMGM launches new sportsbook ad campaign with Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx
Hollywood A-lister to feature in ‘King of Sportsbook’ marketing material across print and social media

BetMGM has hired multi-award-winning actor Jamie Foxx as a brand ambassador for its new adverting campaign.
Foxx, who won an Oscar for his portrayal of musician Ray Charles, will front BetMGM’s ‘King of Sportsbook’ initiative, which is set to launch across traditional media and social media platforms.
For the first activation of the partnership, BetMGM is set to use the famous Fountains of Bellagio in Las Vegas as a backdrop in the video ad.
BetMGM said the short, which was created in partnership with the 72andSunny New York creative agency, will leave viewers “on the edge of their seats”, as Foxx appears to levitate above the water.

Matt Prevost, BetMGM CMO, said Foxx would fit with the BetMGM brand “perfectly”.

The partnership marks another facet of BetMGM’s growing marketing presence in the US after sealing sponsorship agreements with NFL franchises the Detroit Lions and Denver Broncos.
