
Bally’s adds finance veteran to its board of directors
Tracy Harris joins casino giant after extensive career in finance and senior management

Bally’s has announced the appointment of Tracy Harris to its board of directors.
Harris will join as an independent member of the board and boasts over 20 years of leadership experience within finance and investment.
Harris has served as chief financial officer (CFO) at a range of companies, most recently at MIB Group Holdings where she was also executive vice-president and treasurer.
She has additionally held CFO positions at UMUC Ventures, Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland and the BondFactor Company.
As well as those roles, Harris has been active on a number of boards including the Council of Institutional Investors, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and 1847 Holdings.
Speaking on Harris’ appointment, Soo Kim, chair of the board at Bally’s, said: “On behalf of the board of directors, I am pleased to welcome Tracy Harris to Bally’s. We will undoubtedly benefit from her deep finance, operations and strategy expertise.”
