
Slots Tracker: Unchanged top three as IGT leads July rankings
Las Vegas-headquartered supplier continues dominance as Everi’s Cash Machine surges into fourth spot


IGT retained its top three spots in the EGR US Slots Rankings amid the transition into the second half of 2023, but the rest of the top-20 continued to change during July.
Latest data from EGR’s partner eGaming Monitor confirmed the same top three slots – Fortune Coin, Cash Eruption and Cleopatra – remained unchanged from June, with the Las Vegas-headquartered operator seemingly unsurpassable in its dominance in the rankings.
Everi’s Cash Machine rose four places from eighth position in June to fourth in July, pushing Digital Gaming Corporation’s 9 Masks of Fire, Shuffle Master’s 88 Fortunes, and Big Time Gaming’s Bonanza all down one place, respectively, in July.
ReelPlay’s Hypernova Megaways stormed into the top 10, rising four spots to eighth spot, while Everi’s Triple Jackpot Gems rose 20 positions in the same month, gatecrashing the top 10 into ninth place.
The same operator’s Patriot slot, the sole new entrant in the July rankings, marked its debut at 10th place .
Slots previously ranking outside the top 20 that forced their way in during July included Everi’s Black Diamond, SG Digital’s Ultimate Fire Link China Street, and White Hat Studio’s Almighty Buffalo Megaways
NetEnt’s Divine Fortune was the biggest faller in July, dropping six spots from ninth to 15th position during the month.
Other slots dropping places included Digital Gaming Corporation’s Gold Blitz which fell four spots to 11th place, Pragmatic Play’s Sweet Bonanza, a three-place faller to 13th, and Shuffle Master’s Jin Ji Bao Xi Endless Treasure which fell to 16th place.
Rounding out the top 20 was another former lower-ranked slot, ReelPlay’s 10,000 Wonders 10k ways, which jumped 26 spots during July.
EGaming Monitor data reviewed 99 sites in July 2023, with 3,995 games scrutinized. A total of 111 webpages were examined across eight territories.
Games from a total of 196 studios were considered in the rankings in July.
In the US, these included New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia, while in Canada, the list included including Ontario, British Columbia, and New Brunswick.
