Since then, four more casinos have launched retail sports betting: Mountaineer Casino, The Greenbrier (private members club), Mardi Gras Casino and Wheeling Island Hotel.

Is sports betting permitted online?
Yes. However, digital sports wagering is currently only available via the BetLucky app offered by Mardi Gras Casino and Wheeling Island.
