A bill was introduced July 2018 by state senators expressing an intent to “develop and enact legislation legalizing sports wagering”. However, the placeholder bill is likely to be superseded by more in-depth legislation next year.

Yes, signed into law in December 2017. No additional taxes for operators and a $10,000 maximum annual license fee.
