No, but Massachusetts appears keen to change that and online could well be part of regulation.

 

Is there any specific legislation for daily fantasy sports?

Yes. Massachusetts regulated DFS in 2016, and this year took steps to remove the sunset provision in that legislation and add a 15 percent tax on revenues.
