GeoComply appoints former FanDuel president as new CEO
Kip Levin to spearhead the geolocation giant after spending 10 years in the Flutter Entertainment network across multiple brands

GeoComply has announced the appointment of former FanDuel president and US sports betting veteran Kip Levin as the company’s new CEO.
The move will see company co-founder and current CEO Anna Sainsbury move into the role of executive chairman, while her fellow co-founder David Briggs turns his focus towards product and innovation.
Levin joins the geolocation firm having amassed extensive experience in the igaming sector, with GeoComply noting his “proven track record in driving growth and innovation within dynamic, technology-driven markets”.
GeoComply has emerged as the market leader in geolocation tech in the US following the advent of sports betting in the states.
Its rivals include Xpoint, Radar and OpenBet, with companies looking to eat into the Vancouver-headquartered business’ market share.
Levin joined Flutter Entertainment as US CEO in April 2014, a position he would hold until July 2018, prior to the fall of PASPA and Flutter snapping up FanDuel in May 2018.
He then jointly served as president and COO of FanDuel from July 2018 to September 2020, in the early innings of the legalized sports betting market in the US.
After a three-year spell as CEO of fellow Flutter brand Fox Bet, from September 2020 to October 2023, Levin returned to FanDuel as a strategic advisor from October 2023 until October 2024.
Prior to entering the igaming industry, Levin spent nearly eight years at Ticketmaster as senior vice-president of product and digital.
He followed that up with a four-year stint as executive vice president of ecommerce at Live Nation.
Speaking about his appointment, Levin said: “I am incredibly excited to join GeoComply, a company with a strong reputation for innovation and a commitment to customer success.
“The opportunities in this space are immense, and I look forward to working with Anna, David, and the entire GeoComply team to build on the company’s success and drive further growth for our clients.
“My experience in scaling businesses and driving product innovation will be instrumental as we navigate the evolving landscape of geolocation technology, ensuring we provide our customers with the most reliable and effective solutions.”
Sainsbury added: “We are thrilled to welcome Kip Levin to GeoComply. His extensive experience and strategic vision are perfectly aligned with our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers.
“I am confident that under his leadership, GeoComply will continue to innovate and expand its global footprint, ensuring we remain at the forefront of geolocation security and fraud prevention.
“This transition enables me to dedicate more time to our long-term strategic direction, focusing on how we can better serve our partners.”
