RSI shareholders back the reappointment of three board members
New York-listed operator has confirmed that all three of Judith Gold, Paul Wierbicki, and Daniel Yih will remain in their respective roles until the 2027 AGM

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has reappointed three directors to the group’s board following its 2024 AGM.
Judith Gold, Paul Wierbicki, and Daniel Yih will now continue in their roles as Class I directors for the next three years until the conclusion of the 2027 AGM, which will see another round of voting.
Gold, who received 157,804,710 shareholder votes in her favor, has been a managing director of legal and government affairs at RSI since December 2020.
Before taking her post at the Illinois-based operator, Gold spent 15 years as a partner at Perkins Coie LLP, advising companies on corporate communications, public affairs, crisis communications, reputation management, and public strategies.
Alongside her duties as a director at RSI, Gold also serves as a member of the board of directors at Columbia College Chicago, the Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Exploitation, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and the Chicago Civic Federation.
Wierbicki received 164,295,428 votes. Alongside his place on the board, he has served as RSI general counsel and chief legal officer since July 2021.
For the last nine years, Wierbicki has also served as general counsel of LAMB Capital Advisors having taken on the job in June 2015.
Meanwhile, Yih landed the highest total of votes for out of the trio with 175,133,487. Yih has been chair of the audit committee for RSI since 2020. He also sits on the board for the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and real estate investment group Waterton.
From 2007 to 2022, Yih was a key figure at Starwood Capital Group. He joined as global chief operating officer until 2015, though within that period he also took on the role of CEO of BR Guests Restaurant, a portfolio company of Starwood Capital.
By the time he departed the private equity firm, Yih did so as president of Starwood Outdoors.
This year’s AGM also saw RSI’s shareholders vote overwhelmingly in favor of the appointment of WithumSmith+Brown as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2024.
Earlier this month, RSI posted record first quarter results that included a 33.9% year on year (YOY) revenue rise to $217.4m, up from Q1 2023’s total of $162m.
There was also a significant improvement on the adjusted EBITDA front, with RSI recording $17.1m, a significant turnaround from the $8.5m loss after the first quarter of last year.
