PointsBet nets partnership with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment
Operator becomes exclusive gaming partner for Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, and Pepsi Center

Sports betting operator PointsBet has inked a multi-year deal with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) covering retail and online sports betting, daily fantasy, online casino, and free-to-play games.
The partnership means PointsBet is the exclusive gaming partner of the NBA’s Denver Nuggets, NHL’s Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League, as well as all three teams’ home arena, Pepsi Center.
The Denver-based firm has also been named official sports betting partner of KSE’s Altitude TV and Altitude Sports Radio, which will feature PointsBet data integration.
On gamedays, the operator will display broadcast-visible branding and signage, including on the stanchions at Nuggets’ games and on the ice and dasher boards when the Avalanche are playing.
The Pepsi Center is set to unveil a new in-arena destination featuring three distinct areas: the PointsBet Sports Bar, an outdoor patio extension to the PointsBet Sports Bar, and the PointsBet Premium Club.
In addition, PointsBet will be the title sponsor of KSE’s upcoming mobile app and will be incorporated into digital messaging, social posts, and push notifications.
Johnny Aitken, CEO of PointsBet USA, said: “We’ve long stated that our goal is to become synonymous with Colorado sports betting, and this exclusive partnership with our hometown teams in the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, and Colorado Mammoth, plus premium entertainment spaces within their playing arena, is a momentous step in that process.
KSE EVP and COO Matt Hutchings said: “PointsBet demonstrated just how much they value Denver and the Rocky Mountain Region when they chose to locate their United States headquarters here in Colorado. They recognize, as do we, that Denver is a fast-growing and dynamic city home to some of the most passionate sports fans in the world.”
PointsBet is in the process of launching its betting app in Colorado but in the meantime is using its national free-to-play game, PointsBet Pick 6, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
It was announced earlier this week that the Australia-founded business is to launch online casino gaming in New Jersey after sealing an agreement with Twin River Worldwide Holdings.
