Yolo Investments adds crypto price-prediction supplier to portfolio
Venture capital firm ploughs undisclosed funding into Isle of Man-based startup to support its growing portfolio of titles bridging the gap between chance and skill

Yolo Investments has backed crypto price-prediction game supplier Bitblox with an undisclosed capital injection.
The investment comes after Bitblox titles were deployed on the wider Yolo Group’s Hub88 aggregator platform last year.
Bitblox is currently live with five games, with another three titles in the production pipeline set to go live this year.
The supplier’s content allows users to predict the price of major cryptocurrencies and bet on the result.
For example, the ‘3 in a Row’ title sees players predict whether bitcoin’s price will rise or fall in three consecutive 20-second intervals within a single minute. If players guess correctly three times in a row, they win.
Bitblox was founded in 2023 and is based out of the Isle of Man. The business is led by CEO Brandt Page, a 14-year Macquarie Group stalwart and former Stratagem Technologies CEO.
Also part of the team is ex-BetVictor head Ron Regan, who serves as head of business development, and fellow Stratagem alumnus Leandro Mayer as head of product.
Yolo Investments, which has interests in blockchain and fintech, has backed more than 100 companies and has assets under management (AuM) totalling €500m (£422m).
The fund has supported the likes of Australian operator Dabble, micro-betting supplier Kero Gaming and online casino firm Rhino Entertainment.
The Bitblox CEO noted the investment represented a “huge vote of confidence” in the supplier’s business model.
Page said: “Yolo Investments is a company with a proven track record for identifying opportunities in the cryptocurrency-focused igaming space.
“As one of the early adopters of our games on its Hub88 platform, Yolo has witnessed first-hand the potential Bitblox titles have in driving engagement from both sports bettors and casino players, and I’m confident with their backing, we’ll be able to achieve more great things in 2025.”
Klen-Kristofer Kaljulaid, Yolo Investments principal, added: “We value innovative products that break away from the traditional 3×3 reels so beloved by the industry.
“Bitblox games provide a sense of control, reminiscent of crash games. I particularly appreciate knowing that the results are tied to real-world price movements rather than relying on RNG.
“While I understand the future is inherently unpredictable, I can, at least in theory, hold onto the illusion of knowing where the market might move – and if proven right, take satisfaction in my understanding of market dynamics.”
