Yolo Group names new head of legal for B2C and B2B brands
Sandra Vask adds B2C operations to her remit after being appointed B2B head of legal six months ago
Yolo Group has promoted company stalwart Sandra Vask to become its head of legal for its B2B and B2C brands.
Vask will be responsible for the legal and compliance management across the group’s brands, including Sportsbet.io and BitCasino.
Vask originally joined the firm in May 2019 as a junior lawyer before stepping up to become a lawyer in June 2020.
Another promotion 12 months later saw Vask appointed senior legal counsel.
Then, in January 2023, Vask was named head of legal for the firm’s B2B division including Bombay Live, along with OneTouch and Hub88.
Vask said she was “absolutely humbled by opportunity” to step up at the Tallinn-based firm.
Vask becomes the latest senior appointment at the crypto-first firm after former Grosvenor Casino head Paul Mettam was named Bombay Casino MD in January.
Elsewhere, Yolo Investments took home the investment partner of the year at the EGR B2B Awards earlier this month.
