Videoslots secures ex-Catena and Betfair head as CCO
Klas Winberg joins new look C-suite at online operator after 23 months with multi-brand firm Play North

Videoslots has further strengthened its C-suite with the addition of former Raketech and Catena Media head Klas Winberg as chief commercial officer (CCO).
Winberg joins the business after a 23-month spell as CEO of multi-brand operator Play North, having left the company in September last year.
Winberg, who has spent more than 20 years in the industry, will now head up Videoslots’ commercial operations from the company’s HQ in Malta.
The exec previously spent two years with Raketech as chief marketing officer having joined the affiliate from Catena Media in November 2019.
He spent more than three years as VP of sales and marketing at Catena, while he also has spells with Betfair and Expekt on his CV.
Winberg’s arrival at Videoslots follows the addition of former Ladbrokes head Anna Komemi as chief operating officer last week.
Speaking about his appointment, Winberg said: “Videoslots is a company I have always had my eye on and followed with admiration in terms of being a leader in games offering, industry expertise and customer engagement.
“I am very excited to join this team brimming with know-how and who has great and exciting plans for growth in the pipeline.”
Ulle Skottling, Videoslots deputy CEO, said: “We are thrilled to have someone of such calibre join our ranks. His proven success in the igaming industry will undoubtedly elevate our team’s strategic vision and drive future accomplishments even further.”
Last week, Videoslots sub-brand Mr Vegas was granted a five-year sports betting licence from the Swedish Gambling Authority.
