VBET lands first-ever esports sponsorship
Operator inks agreement with Gothenburg-based esports organisation Alliance

BetConstruct’s B2C brand VBET has put pen to paper on a sponsorship agreement with Swedish esports organisation Alliance.
Under the remit of the deal, VBET will become the title sponsor of Alliance and feature on the front of the team’s jerseys.
Alliance noted that through the sponsorship, it would be able to continue to support its current athletes while also expanding into new titles and regions.
VBET and Alliance will come together to create original content for Alliance fans, as well as launching fan experience prize competitions.
Alliance will also host charity poker events in partnership with VBET featuring stars from the organisation’s roster of athletes.
The tie-up marks VBET’s first foray into esports sponsorship, having forged agreements across European football with the likes of Arsenal and AS Monaco.
Eduard Avagyan, VBET head of esports, said: “We are pleased to announce our new partnership with Alliance. Alliance has had a massive impact on esports and a history of commitment to esports.
“We believe that our experience and shared values of loyalty, respect, and community-oriented culture will make our partnership great. We are proud to join the ALLfam. Long live Alliance. Long live our partnership,” he added.
Jonathan Berg, Alliance CEO, commented: “It’s with great pleasure that I welcome VBET to the Alliance family and I’m honoured that they have chosen to enter esports for the first time together with us.”
