Fantasy pools to be made available in nine venues across the state

USFantasy has announced plans to launch its pari-mutuel DFS product in nine locations across Colorado after receiving approval from the state’s Racing Commission.
The Nevada-based provider will launch the platform in partnership with Mile High Racing & Entertainment, which runs a collection of sports bars and steakhouses in the state.
“This is a significant step forward for USFantasy Sports and we are excited about the Colorado market and our potential for growth within the state,” said Vic Salerno, president of USFantasy Sports. “We look forward to continuing our expansion across the United States.”
USFantasy is currently the only legal form of DFS in Nevada, and is live in more than 40 Nevada properties.
“We selected USFantasy Sports to provide our contests because of its skill based content which met the commission’s requirements,” said K. Bruce Seymore, general manager of Mile High Racing & Entertainment.
“We are thrilled to offer the next generation of daily fantasy sports to the citizens of Colorado, and we look forward to the opportunities that USFantasy Sports contests will bring to our current and future clientele.”
The provider also now offers contests on basketball, hockey, boxing and mixed martial arts after launching with just NFL.
The USFantasy NFL product, for example, require users to pick which QB will score the most fantasy points on a given day with the odds fluctuating as money is bet into the pool.
DFS is a regulated activity in Colorado.
