US Integrity and Odds On Compliance complete merger and rebrand
Newly combined business will be named Integrity Compliance 360 as bosses champion “one-stop shop” for compliance and integrity needs

US Integrity and Odds On Compliance have completed their proposed merger, resulting in the newly combined business being rebranded to Integrity Compliance 360.
The merger was announced in October last year following the pair’s launch of the ProhiBet JV in February 2023, which provides integrity services to schools and colleges in the US.
Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
The merger will see former US Integrity CEO Matt Holt become CEO of the combined group, while Odds On Compliance chief Eric Frank will shift to president.
Additionally, former US Integrity COO Scott Sadin will reprise his role with Integrity Compliance 360.
According to Integrity Compliance 360, the new business will represent a “comprehensive and dynamic suite of solutions and services”.
Integrity Compliance 360, also styled as IC360, will offer integrity monitoring, compliance advice and educational tools as part of its services suite.
Holt said: “The coming together of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance represents a strategic alignment of values and a shared commitment to excellence.
“As IC360, we are dedicated to providing our clients with 360-degree solutions that address their unique compliance challenges, ensuring they can operate with integrity and confidence in today’s complex regulatory environment,” he added.
Frank commented: “The strategic unification of these two prominent organisations reflects a commitment to providing unparalleled compliance and integrity solutions in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
“Our vision is clear: to help lead our industry forward on compliance and integrity standards, empowering our partners to raise the bar. We believe the IC360 brand represents just that. This is only the beginning of an exciting chapter for Integrity Compliance.”
