
Tiidal Gaming seals esports odds provider acquisition
North American esports organisation expands ecosystem with purchase agreement for B2B betting solutions provider Sportsflare


Canadian esports company Tiidal Gaming has completed the acquisition of B2B solutions provider Sportsflare as it looks delve into sports betting.
Sportsflare is a UK-based, esports betting solution provider that taps into AI technology to provide sportsbooks real-time odds feeds.
The B2B firm also provides an analytics site for esports fans and bettors, as well as a betbuilder widget that covers both pre-match and in-play markets.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed by Tiidal Gaming.
Tiidal Gaming owns Lazarus Esports, which became Canada’s first established esports team after being founded in 2010. Lazarus currently boasts a roster of more than 50 esports athletes in 10 countries.
Charlie Watson, Tiidal Gaming CEO, said the acquisition would provide the group with a “key pillar” for growth.
