Gamomat onboards industry veteran for MD role of distribution arm
Gamomat has hired industry veteran Andreas Kaufmann as its new managing director of Gamomat Distribution GmbH.
Kaufmann brings extensive industry online casino experience from both the operator and supplier side of the industry.
Kaufmann said: “It’s a proud moment to join Gamomat Distribution’s outstanding team to help accelerate the company’s growth in key regulated markets. My responsibility will be expanding the reach of Gamomat’s exceptional games portfolio across the gaming landscape.”

PressEnter Group secures Ontario licence
PressEnter Group has made its debut in the Ontario market after it secured the required approvals from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
The operator’s NitroCasino brand is now live to players. This move into Canada forms part of PressEnter’s international expansion plans, which recently saw its Ultra Casino brand go live in Chile and Peru, with other movements in the Latin American market set for the coming months.

FDJ Gaming Solutions provides terminals for the Israeli Sports Betting Board for retail network
The Israeli Sports Betting Board (ISBB) has chosen FDJ Gaming Solutions to help it modernise its retail network with camera-based Elite terminals.
FDJ Gaming Solutions will provide the ISBB with 2,000 terminals and its application and management suite.
Eli Ben Simon, CTO of ISBB, commented: “We were happy with Elite as this terminal is camera-based and market proven. Camera-based terminals are the new market standard in the industry.
“They are more flexible as they can read all kinds of documents such as coupons, tickets, mobile screens and ID cards. They also offer a transparent interaction with players and are more robust hence much cheaper to maintain.”
Pascal Blyau, CEO of FDJ Gaming Solutions France, added: “ISBB has already run their multi-channel betting business with our advanced betting platform technology for a decade, and we are proud we were chosen to replace their POS equipment.”
1X2 Network inks deal with BetCity.nl
1X2 Network has extended its presence in the Dutch market via a new partnership with Amsterdam-based BetCity.nl.
The deal sees the Brighton-based tech firm provide BetCity Casino with its portfolio of slots, casino, arcade, number and instant win games.
Rory Kimber, MD at 1X2 Network, commented: “The Netherlands is a key market that has grown quickly since the introduction of licensing and regulation 12 months ago, and BetCity has been a key part of that story. We’re delighted to partner with one of the major players in the Dutch gaming space.”

OnAir Entertainment set to go live in South Africa
OnAir Entertainment is set to launch in South Africa by December this year following a surge in demand for its content and solutions.
The news comes weeks after the supplier announced a new studio opening in Spain in 2023.
It will offer major brands a range of exclusive live casino content and dedicated digital branding environments that operators can customise.
OnAir Entertainment’s services and solutions have been approved with a Certificate of Suitability issued by the country’s Western Cape regulator.

BF Games expands in Romania with Favbet deal
BF Games has furthered its Romanian presence with a new partnership with Favbet.ro.
The deal was completed via the aggregator Relax Gaming and will see Favbet benefit from BF Games’ suite of slot titles, and this follows on from the supplier’s recent deal with Fortuna.
Claudia Melcaru, head of business development at BF Games, said: “Favbet’s focus on high-quality content and its in-depth understanding of its player base makes it the perfect partner for BF Games in Romania.
“The operator is regarded very highly in the market, and we are delighted to sign a deal that improves our standing in the jurisdiction so significantly. We can’t wait to help the business further in the next chapter of its growth.”
