Stake teams up with BetBlocker
Stake has announced a collaboration with BetBlocker, a non-profit organisation that allows users to manage their gambling with free and anonymous software.
In a bid to showcase its commitment towards responsible gambling, Stake is adding BetBlocker’s blocking software to its platform, which in turn will allow users to block themselves for anywhere between a few days and several years to ensure each user has personalised control.
Pedro Romero, chief of safer gambling partnerships at BetBlocker, explained: “BetBlocker is thrilled to collaborate with Stake to expand the reach of our software. We are delighted that Stake is taking a significant step forward in promoting responsible gambling.”
A Stake spokesperson added: “At Stake, we pride ourselves on delivering an entertaining and customer-centric experience while acknowledging the importance of responsible gambling. Strengthening our relationship with BetBlocker plays an integral role in ensuring their product serves to benefit our customers.”
Digitain expands SoftGamings partnership
Digitain has expanded its partnership with SoftGamings to ensure the integration of the supplier’s in-house virtual sports products.
The deal means SoftGamings now has access to Digitain’s in-house virtual sports, including football, horseracing and greyhound racing.
Ani Mkrtchyan, Digitain chief sales officer, said: “SoftGamings is a highly respected platform provider in the igaming industry. Our virtual games portfolio continues to grow and will be available to more operators and their players via the SoftGamings platform.”
Anna Kiselova, SoftGamings head of partnerships, added: “In the future, we plan to expand our existing agreement with Digitain by adding their new products to our offerings as well. We strive to provide solutions of the highest quality and are excited to enrich the gaming portfolio for our clients.”
AWS reaps benefits of IDVerse collaboration
Digital ID verification company IDVerse has confirmed it has joined the AWS Marketplace which will grant AWS customers a fully automated identity verification solution.
IDVerse’s technology is already available in more than 220 jurisdictions, covering 142 languages and typesets, and will now build on AWS products including Lambda.
Dan Aiello, IDVerse co-founder and chief product officer, explained: “IDVerse is committed to promoting responsible AI practices, and our integration with AWS Lambda underscores this commitment.
“Lambda is part of AWS’s comprehensive suite of resources that enable us to deliver secure and ethical identity verification solutions through advanced generative AI capabilities, ensuring inclusive access and safeguarding against algorithmic biases, discriminatory practices, inequities in AI systems and bias in automated decisions.”
William Hill seals deal with 2mee
William Hill will use 2mee’s HoloMessage technology to deliver video messages from its team and brand influencers to customers across both its website and app as part of a clickable pop-up.
The operator already uses HoloMessage to increase engagement among reachable customers from its active player base, but this latest development will allow influencers to film messages directly from their smartphones and upload them via the 2mee technology.
James Riley, 2mee CEO, said: “We are thrilled to be working with such a high-calibre operator and for William Hill to have enjoyed such a significant uplift in engagement, signups and ultimately revenues from the very first deployment of 2mee’s HoloMessage.”
Matt Baulk, head of personalisation and product at William Hill, added: “We’ve achieved remarkable success with our initial deployment of HoloMessage, leading us to expand its usage across various touch points in the customer journey, from compliance messaging to sportsbook offers.”
Push Gaming’s expansion continues
Push Gaming has expanded its presence into Mexico after landing a partnership with operator Winpot.mx.
Push Gaming titles, including Boss Bear and Big Bamboo, will now be made available to Winpot customers in the market.
Fiona Hickey, chief business development officer at Push Gaming, remarked: “Mexico is a key region for us in Latam so partnering with Winpot.mx significantly enhances our standing there.”
Tsvetan Dzhurov, commercial manager at Winpot.mx, who added: “Push Gaming’s content is known for its high quality, making this partnership a significant step for us. We are excited to offer some of their popular games like Razor Shark and Big Bamboo to our players and are eager to introduce more new slots as they become available.”
Spotlight Sports Group extends Hong Kong Jockey Club agreement
Spotlight Sports Group (SSG) has penned an extension with Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) that will see the firm continue to promote Hong Kong racing to a worldwide audience.
The partnership is powered by the Racing Post and will enable free-to-view live streams and replays of all Hong Kong racing via the publication’s digital platforms.
James Fitzpatrick, account director for B2B content services at SSG, explained: “The Hong Kong Jockey Club is one of our key partners and I’m delighted we will be continuing our relationship.
“Extending this deal ahead of Royal Ascot will allow us to continue to promote World Pool days to a global audience during one of the biggest international meetings of the year.”
“The HKJC and Racing Post are two of the most powerful and respected brands in the horseracing industry and we can see many great opportunities to work together to achieve our goals and longer-term vision throughout the life of the agreement,” added Michael Fitzsimons, executive director of wagering products at the HKJC.
