Fast Track expands into the US with new office launch
Fast Track has expanded its business into the US with the launch of its new headquarters.
The office is located in Miami, Florida, with the office opening to take place at the start of 2023.
This expansion will also cater to Fast Track’s customer base in South America and Canada. As part of the expansion, Jean-Luc Ferrière will take up the role of MD of the Americas alongside his current role as chief commercial officer.
Ferrière commented: “We‘ve been watching the American market for some time and I personally can’t wait to take things to the next level. This marks a major milestone in Fast Track’s expansion into the Americas and will further reinforce our position as the leading CRM company within the industry. It will also enable us to provide world-class support to new and existing partners within this region.”
EngageCraft’s ‘Pick 5’ fan engagement delivers success for Racecourse Media Group and Paddy Power
Horseracing’s Pick 5 game, delivered by EngageCraft and launched by Racecourse Media Group in partnership with Paddy Power, has produced engagement rates of 91%.
The game launched for the Qatar Goodwood Festival is available via RacingTV and Paddy Power’s websites and social media platforms.
The game reached 444,000 unique users, including the Goodwood and York Festivals, and data capture of 81%.
A spokesperson at Paddy Power said: “It’s been great to partner with RMG & EngageCraft in delivering Pick 5. Their ability to get this to market in such a short period has been quite impressive. The early engagement with Pick5 has surpassed our initial expectations, and we’re excited to see it grow.”
Clive Cottrell, RMG marketing director, added: “We have been so impressed with EngageCraft and the Touch platform that we were able to get a bespoke engagement live in just a few weeks. By collaborating with Paddy Power as our lead promoter of Paddy’s Pick 5 game, we have been able to drive some incredible volumes and engagement. Kalamba Games inks partnership with Pariplay
Kalamba Games has signed a partnership to deliver its portfolio of slot games to aggregator Pariplay, via its Ignite studio development programme.
A selection of the providers’ most popular games will be distributed across Pariplay’s wide network of partners. This will include its next premium release, Phat Cats Megaways.
This deal gives Kalamba improved access to markets such as the UK, Greece, Romania, Portugal, Italy and the US.
Andrew Crosby, chief commercial officer at Kalamba Games, remarked: “Striking this agreement with such a renowned aggregator like Pariplay is a significant moment for us. The breadth of its network is extremely comprehensive and serves as a great platform for us to further our profile across some of the most exciting regions, including various US states, Canada, the UK, Romania and South America.”

OnAir Entertainment to double global live casino footprint with 2023 US launch
OnAir Entertainment has unveiled plans to double its footprint and globalise its reach with a nationwide US studio rollout across 2023.
The live casino supplier has a strategy to launch in five regulated live casino US states, with more pending legislation.
Its ambitions are to offer poker and roulette titles, as well as sports-themed content.
Simon Field, chief commercial officer at OnAir Entertainment, commented: “Since 2021, we have built and delivered a significant portfolio of proven, differentiated live casino content with many of the world’s largest igaming brands integrating our products and delivered record results for our partners.”

NuxGame joins forces with Sumsub
Betting software provider, NuxGame, has announced a deal with global tech firm Sumsub.
The deal will enable NuxGame’s network of operator partners to get fully integrated access to Sumsub’s advanced security and compliance services.
The agreement comes as NuxGame continues its expansion, having recently signed deals with customer-led marketing solutions provider Optimove and affiliate and agent management system PartnerMatrix.
Bar Konson, head of sales at NuxGame, remarked: “Security and compliance have always been hot topics in igaming, but never more so than now, with the rising demand and interest in blockchain technology driving industry standards and customer expectations considerably.

Synot Games enhances Italian presence with Plantwin365 deal
Synot Games has inked a deal with to supply Italian operator Planetwin365 with its portfolio of casino content.
The launch strategy contains games such as Book of Secrets 6, Skull Bonanza, and 27 Joker Fruits.
