A round-up of the biggest deals, hires and product launches from egaming suppliers over the last seven days, including Red Tiger Gaming and Playtech
Red Tiger Gaming has announced its online casino games are now live on brands operated by Rank Group.
The launch sees a selection of Red Tiger’s titles including Arcade Bomb, Lucky Wizard and Persian Fortune available to players on the operator’s Grosvenor Casino and Mecca Bingo brands.
Red Tiger’s full suite of progressive jackpots, including its unique timed jackpot product which guarantees pay-out by a set time every day, will also be offered by Rank.
“We are thrilled to see our portfolio of games rolled out with Rank across its Grosvenor Casino and Mecca Bingo brands,” Gavin Hamilton, managing director of Red Tiger, said.
“Our games move the needle for player engagement and entertainment and have seen outstanding performance across Europe this last year,” he added.
Playtech has launched a new RoboCop slot game based on the iconic 1980s classic movie in partnership with MGM, it was announced this week.
James Frendo, casino director at Playtech, said: “Many players will have grown up watching this iconic film which none of us will forget for its, non-stop action sequences and the incredible presence and sounds of RoboCop himself.
“The Playtech content team has worked incredibly hard to deliver a game that stays true to the original film, includes some stunning new features and brings players right to the heart of the action.”
Yggdrasil Gaming has agreed a deal with Betfred that will see its content go live on the operator’s UK and dot.com offerings.
The direct integration will give Betfred access to Yggdrasil’s entire portfolio of, including recent launches Spiña Colada and Sunny Shores.

Slots and table games developer Habanero has launched a new release entitled The Dead Escape, a 5×3, 30-line horror movie-inspired slot.
Toni Karapetrov, head of corporate communications at Habanero, said: “The Dead Escape is one of our most thrilling releases yet, with players spinning their way to safety from the zombie invasion.
“The gory graphics and spine-tingling soundtrack will keep players on a knife-edge, in what is sure to be an intense gaming experience.”
The Dead Escape is the latest in a raft of releases from Habanero, including Panda Panda, Bird of Thunder, and Fire Rooster.
UK-based games design house Live 5 Gaming has announced the promotion of Andy Worley to the position of chief operating officer, following the recent appointment of Lloyd Butler as CEO.
Live 5 Gaming chairman Roy Howell said: “Live 5 has grown dramatically over the last 8 months and we need to strengthen our management team in response.
“Andy has been in the vanguard of the gaming sector for 30 years, working for Maygay Machines, CMS, Games Media and Barcrest, becoming an industry leader in software development.

Pragmatic Play has become one of the first games providers to be awarded a Supplier Licence by The Gaming Board For The Bahamas.
Yossi Barzely, head of business development at Pragmatic Play, said the multi-award winning game studio has now been granted licences in multiple regulated markets, including the UK, Malta, Italy and Romania.
He added, “The Bahamas licence represents another step forward in our global strategy to capitalise on the increasing regulation in local markets.
“This allows us to service even these niche jurisdictions with “go-to” gaming products from day one and continue to help our customers increase revenues.”
Curacao-licensed King Billy Casino has partnered with Income Access, Paysafe’s affiliate software provider, for the launch of its affiliate programme.
Through the Income Access platform, members of King Billy Affiliates can access performance insights and tailored marketing materials.
Vladimir Harkusha, CEO, King Billy Casino, said: “For three months, half of our Kingdom is yours.
“This is our promise to new affiliates who join our programme and earn a 50% commission for the first three months.”
Scientific Games Corporation has won a new, six-year contract as the primary instant games provider for the Colorado Lottery.
The company’s new contract began 1 July 2017 and includes instant game planning, research and analysis, marketing services and sales support. The Colorado Lottery has two options to extend the contract two additional years.
