Wind Creek Hospitality acquires FlowPlay
Wind Creek Hospitality (WCH) has announced the acquisition of Seattle-based FlowPlay.
As a developer, operator and publisher, FlowPlay serves both consumers and businesses with their online and mobile free-to-play experiences, including Vegas World, Casino World, 7 Seas Casino and Live Game Night Poker, which is integrated within the Zoom App Marketplace. Co-founder Derrick Morton will continue leading FlowPlay as president of the new WCH subsidiary, while co-founder Douglas Pearson will maintain his role as CTO.
The transaction provides Wind Creek Hospitality with proven digital gaming operations and distribution outlets that generate recurring revenue from end users based on a freemium model, enabling WCH to diversify its business and expand customer reach well beyond existing target markets for its land-based casino operations.
“The acquisition of FlowPlay into the PCI Gaming portfolio allows us to build opportunities and economic development in new ways and this provides for our continued growth. Playtech Live launches in the US
Playtech announces the launch of two live casino facilities in Michigan and New Jersey.
The simultaneous launch of the two Playtech Live Casino facilities has been done in collaboration with newly established partner Parx Interactive under the “Play Gun Lake” brand in Michigan and long-standing partner bet365 in New Jersey after receiving approvals from the MGCB and NJ DGE accordingly.
Both facilities represent the initial launch of Playtech’s entertainment-led live casino offering in the US and the next step in Playtech’s strategic expansion in the country.

SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator inks a deal with Hölle Games
The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator has announced the expansion of its list of game providers through a partnership with Hölle Games. As a result of the agreement, the video slot studio’s content will be available to all SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator clients. Besides Hölle Games, the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator has enriched its game portfolio with game content from more than 20 game providers in 2021.
Hölle Games content is focused on Germany and includes games developed specifically for the local market. In addition to content created precisely for the German audience, SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator clients will have access to classic studio games and the “Premium” slot series.
The new partnership with Hölle Games will expand the list of game providers and diversify the range of games available to SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator clients.

Leap Gaming distributes across ComeOn Group via Relax Gaming
Leap Gaming has signed a deal to distribute its casino content across international igaming operator ComeOn Group’s footprint under its MGA licence and in the Nordics via the igaming aggregator and supplier of content, Relax Gaming.
Leap Gaming, which provides virtual sports, slots and table games, is licensed by the MGA and HGC, with its products certified and widely available in regulated jurisdictions across the globe.
ComeOn Group’s players will benefit from the developer’s singular mobile experience, utilising first-class UI and graphics, as well as its special features and the promo options, which are baked into the Leap suite.

Inspired signs online casino deal with Rush Street Interactive
Inspired Entertainment has signed a framework agreement to supply its interactive games to Rush Street Interactive.
Following the execution of this contract, Inspired’s interactive content will be integrated onto the RSI game platform and its popular games will be made available in multiple North American jurisdictions, including New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia.
RSI will launch with four of Inspired’s titles, including Santa King Megaways and Christmas Cashpots as well as its mega-hit Big Spin Bonus, which is Inspired’s top performer in the North American market.
