Superbet unveils first mobile sports betting app
Operator debuts its first ever mobile betting app in Romania this week with Poland to follow in Q1 2019

Superbet has launched its first ever mobile sports betting app in its core eastern European market.
The Superbet Sport app was released on Android devices in Romania on Monday and will be made available to iOS users shortly, with 10,000 downloads expected by the end of the week.
The operator is also targeting a Q1 2019 release of the app in Poland, before expanding the technology into further regulated markets in line with Superbet’s global expansion strategy.
The product is described as a “one-stop-shop for sports and gaming lovers where in-play betting and pre-match sports betting is supplemented by deep statistical data”.
The app also offers omni-channel features like betslip preparation for in-shop purchase and online monitoring of shop-bought betslips to complement Superbet’s retail estate of more than 600 shops.
Superbet CPO Ivan Klarić told EGR: “The key focus of Superbet’s product and tech teams is to create a state of the art sports and gaming experience with the focus on the one most important metric – customer retention.
“Our single goal is to offer the best experience for sport and betting lovers worldwide on a highly scalable platform and we are interested in every country in the world,” he added.
Klarić and his team of Superbet developers have spent the last 12 months developing the app, spending an estimated 25,000 engineer hours on perfecting the product.
The operator is also intending to launch a Superbet Games app by the end of 2018 to provide customers with online casino, virtual and lottery games.
